Duncan Davidson
State of Rohallion
As Rohallion turns 6 our founder, Duncan Davidson, reflects on the past year and what the future holds.
As I pause to take stock of the past year, my main reflection is of a frenetic but rewarding 12 months. The highlights have been
- A new member of the team, Chris Wales, started in January.
- Delivery of two complex migrations to Drupal from other platforms
- Working on the digital aspects of local government reorganisation in Cumbria
- Internationalisation of websites into Spanish, Finnish and Thai
Our year-on-year growth has continued and early indications of this lead to the decision early in the year to begin recruitment for a Drupal Engineer to join the team. Chris started in January and bringing his Drupal experience from higher education has become a significant asset to the team.

Managed for our clients
A number of the projects we deliver are concerned with climate change and the impacts and effects it can have on aspects such as gender equality and the risk of disasters. This is personally rewarding work as I hope we are in some small way helping make a difference. Looking to the future we will be seeking to do more of this work where the outcomes can have a positive impact on the world around us.
The year wouldn't have been a success without our wonderful clients and the contributions from many people so a few thank you's are in order. My colleagues, Chris, Rob, Ruth, Fay and John; our partners Markus and Jochen at freistil IT, Michael Murdoch at The House and the members and staff at the Agency Collective who bring community to our agency journey.
