Rohallion is now on G-Cloud 15

Rohallion has been awarded a place on G-Cloud 15, the UK government's cloud services framework, under Lot 3 (Cloud Support Service).

What's different about G-Cloud 15

This is the first G-Cloud framework let under the Procurement Act 2023, and the change goes beyond a routine refresh. G-Cloud 15 also absorbs the separate Cloud Compute agreement. It runs as an "open framework": rather than a fixed supplier list for the whole four-year term, it reopens periodically for new suppliers and updated pricing, with the first window expected 18 months after launch. The term itself is structured as 18 months, then a further 18 months, then a final 12 months.

Under G-Cloud 15, councils can award with or without a further competition across every lot. Under G-Cloud 14, Lots 1 to 3 were direct award only. Call-off contracts can also run longer: for Lot 3, a council can agree a call-off of up to four years with an option to extend by a further two, a maximum of six years total, against a four-year ceiling under G-Cloud 14. For councils planning multi-year digital roadmaps rather than short fixes, that's a meaningful change. G-Cloud 14 remains in place until it expires on Wednesday 28 October 2026, so existing arrangements don't disappear overnight.

Rohallion's services on G-Cloud 15

We've listed six services, all under Lot 3 (Cloud Support Service):

The four LocalGov Drupal services cover councils on, or moving to, the LocalGov Drupal platform. The two general Drupal services are for councils not yet on LocalGov Drupal, or other public sector bodies running Drupal websites outside the platform.

Each one reflects work we already deliver. Our content design and interaction design services cover completed work for Dumfries and Galloway Council and Newark and Sherwood District Council, including our three-year partnership with Dumfries and Galloway, moving them from a legacy platform to one their team can manage and residents can navigate. Our technical delivery work, covering migration and implementation, draws on the same project. Our development and support service covers ongoing work for Cumberland Council, Westmorland and Furness Council, Dumfries and Galloway Council, and Newark and Sherwood District Council.

Lot 3 covers support services: migration, implementation, content and interaction design, and ongoing development and support. It doesn't include hosting, which sits under a different lot. We can still provide hosting as part of your project, just not through this G-Cloud 15 listing, so get in touch directly if that's part of what you need.

Relevant to local government reorganisation

Councils going through reorganisation are often working to fixed statutory deadlines that don't leave much room for a full tender process. G-Cloud gives you a compliant, faster route to a vetted supplier instead.

We've seen what that looks like in practice. When Cumbria reorganised into Cumberland Council and Westmorland and Furness Council, we migrated 12 microsites from various platforms into LocalGov Drupal, reducing technical debt while services stayed live through the transition. For a nine-council local government reorganisation communications project in Nottinghamshire, we built a multi-council microsite in under three weeks, a timeline a full tender process wouldn't have allowed.

We're a LocalGov Drupal Certified Supplier, and local government is where we focus. How to buy our services through G-Cloud 15

Our services are available on G-Cloud 15 from 7 September 2026. From that date, you'll be able to buy any of the six services above using the links to each listing. You can award directly, without running a further competition, or run a short competition between a shortlist of suppliers if your own procurement rules require it.
