WE ARE 5 YEARS YOUNG TODAY!

I said on our birthday last year

"Time flies... it seemed only yesterday I was being made redundant - the kick up the proverbial to set up, take the helm and see how I fared at running an agency. The jury is still out, but the signs look positive..."

The signs are most definitely positive. 75% of clients who joined us in our first year are still with us. Our retained client base has grown threefold which has supported year on year growth with it doubling in the last year.

The last 18 months have been challenging although we were perhaps in a better position than many as we have been a remote agency since day one. Nevertheless, the challenges of homeschooling and gaining significant others as home-office colleagues has impacted our capacity to deliver. Despite this, we were able to do our part to help other organisations cope with their challenges. There is light at the end of the tunnel and delivery capacity is returning to normal.

Happy Birthday, Rohallion! I have had the good fortune to work with Rohallion to migrate and improve two outdated websites, which they transformed into beautiful – and most importantly, highly functional – websites. They also built a brand new website from scratch for web users in a low bandwidth environment. They’ve been highly determined and persevering in the face of various web development challenges and have always delivered great results. Here’s to many years more!

What will a similar article look like when Rohallion turns 10, 15, or even 20 years old? My crystal ball is broken although with the solid foundation we have created we plan to grow the team sustainably so we can maintain our high standards. This will allows us to service more purpose driven organisations, helping them to grow and most importantly helping them to support the communities they work with.

The immediate future is exciting with some great client projects underway and due to launch in the coming months. Watch this space!
